Objectives
- Identify the status at the beginning of CANTAM3 and to strategically fill gaps in capacity building during CANTAM3
- Create, and open up career development paths and mentor young talent, with particular focus on encouraging/fostering aspiring young female scientists from Africa in accordance with the Central African Clinical Research Network Training Plan developed during CANTAM2
- Develop high-level biotechnology laboratories by ‘tandem investment’ in state-of-the-art equipment and staff development through clinical trials.
