- Organization of project meetings
- Ensure that the project’s objectives are realized on schedule
- Ensure that the project is realized within the budgetary limits
- Prepare technical and financial reports to EDCTP
- Consortium budget monitoring
- Establish common guidelines on data management practices, in particular on data management and data sharing.
Description of the work:
The WP aims to ensure that the project’s objectives are realized on time and within budget and that the data collected by CANTAM3 is properly managed.
